Quantity Surveyor – Environment
Location: Annesley

Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a passion for civil engineering and a commitment to delivering excellence? Join our dynamic team and work on some of the UK’s most exciting infrastructure projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare subcontract documentation, negotiate terms, and manage packages.
- Submit and agree monthly applications with clients and subcontractors.
- Monitor costs with detailed forecasts, cost plans, and reconciliations.
- Manage change effectively, ensuring compliance with contracts.
- Attend progress and risk reduction meetings to maintain project efficiency.
- Produce and maintain detailed reports, including CVRs and expenditure tracking.
About You:
- Professional qualifications such as MCIOB or MRICS (desirable).
- Experience in civil engineering (Highways, Rail, Water, or Aviation).
- Strong understanding of contracts, change management, and cost tracking.
- CSCS certification (preferred).
- A collaborative and detail-oriented approach to project delivery.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
