Mechanical Pump Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Pump Engineer to join our team, working alongside an Electrical Engineer to install and service pumping equipment across the UK. This role requires flexibility, occasional nights away (with all expenses covered), and a proactive attitude to problem-solving and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and service a variety of pumping equipment.
• Collaborate with an Electrical Engineer as part of a two-person team, sharing a company van.
• Conduct site assessments and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Occasionally work nights away from home, depending on project requirements.
• Complete jobs efficiently and effectively, meeting client expectations.

Requirements:

• Mechanically proficient with hands-on experience in similar roles.
• Valid CSCS card.
• CSTS (Confined Space) trained (or willingness to obtain certification).
• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) trained (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Physically fit to meet the demands of the job.
• Willing to work 45-50 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate overtime and travel.
