Project Manager – Security & Fire Systems

Salary: £45,000+ (DOE) + Commission + Benefits

An industry leader in Fire, Security & IRS installations is looking for experienced Project Managers to lead and oversee key security projects. This role offers an opportunity to manage projects from planning through to completion, ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to final client handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Lead meetings with clients, suppliers, and contractors to align project goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining smooth workflow.
• Provide technical expertise and hands-on support when required.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Strong background in project management within the Fire & Security industry.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and teams.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Industry certifications (FIA, NSI, LPCB, C&G) preferred.
