Location: Wolverhampton (Two Sites)
Hours: 16-25 per week (Flexible, Monday-Friday)
Start Date: May – June 2025
Salary: £22 – £26 per hour (Dependent on experience)
Join Our Team Are you a skilled Practice Nurse looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic General Practice Nurse (GPN) to join our team, working across two sites in Wolverhampton and supporting a Primary Care Network.

Role Overview

• Work flexibly between Monday – Friday (07:45 – 18:30), with Thursday shifts until 20:00
• Provide chronic disease management (asthma, COPD, diabetes)
• Perform cytology screenings, vaccinations, and immunisations (travel, flu, childhood, and adult)
• Conduct infection prevention audits, wound dressings, and minor surgery assistance
• Carry out health assessments, contraceptive reviews, and health promotion initiatives
• Maintain accurate patient records and compliance with best practices

What We Are Looking For

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC registration
• Minimum two years of post-graduation experience in a General Practice Nurse (GPN) role
• Proven experience in chronic disease management is essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare team
• Willingness to upskill and adapt to evolving healthcare needs
