Salary: £14.50 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 07:30 – 16:00, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team, preparing approximately 100 meals daily in a fast-paced but rewarding environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong culinary background, particularly those who have worked in country pub settings or similar.
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality meals to meet daily requirements.
• Managing kitchen operations efficiently to ensure smooth service.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and timely service.
• Supporting menu development and implementation when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef, ideally at a country pub or similar level.
• Strong culinary skills and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A passion for food and delivering outstanding meals.
